Before giving you the "orders" again, I am going to outlay some causes for the fall of the Roman Empire which might give cause for you-the-people to take thoughtful action.

1. Decline of the family--increased divorce rate, with a very great decrease in the 'influence' of the family.

2. Imposing of higher taxes--to entertain the masses.

3. A drive for self-indulgent pleasures, perversion, and brutality of sports.

4. Loss of faith in God - thereby removing accountability, and

5. Existence of internal conspiracy from within while proclaiming the enemy as external.

It appears to me that every one of these things is massively present in your world today and specifically in your own country.

Next, let us refresh you on another past expression of some months ago--: Let me refresh you on the "Communist Rules for Revolution".  American liberals, secular humanists, NEW WORLD ORDER advocates and COMMUNISTS are still actively implementing these rules and they have, in fact, become an integral part of your American life as well as throughout the world. As you read them--stop and think as you "look around".

1. Corrupt the youth; get them interested in SEX.  Make them superficial; destroy their ruggedness.

2. Get control of all means of publicity, thereby get people's minds off government by focusing their attention on entertainment, sexy books, plays and other trivialities.

3. Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping on controversial matters of no importance.

4. Destroy the people's faith in their natural leaders by holding the latter up to contempt and ridicule.

5. Always preach true democracy, but seize power as fast and as ruthlessly as possible.

6. By encouraging government extravagance, destroy its credit, produce fear of inflation with rising prices and general discontent.

7. Promote unnecessary strikes in vital industries, encourage civil disorders and foster a lenient and soft attitude on the part of government toward such disorders.

8. By specious argument, cause a breakdown of moral virtues, honesty, sobriety, continence, faith in the pledged word.

9. Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext with a view to confiscating them and leaving the populations helpless.

Oh, you think I'm just "pushing fear" again with no basis upon which to allow you to realize truth? The above document of "COMMUNIST RULES FOR REVOLUTION" comes directly from the "allied forces" who obtained a direct copy at Dusseldorf, Germany in May, 1919!

Think carefully as America plummets meteorically into SOCIALISM and George Bush's and Mikhail Gorbachev's "Kissinger New World Order", government controls of virtually all aspects of your lives proliferating at an inconceivable pace, and worse, look around at the other portions of the world with an eye to Moscow this very day.  In economic, political, or military crises, dictatorial powers have already been granted to the President whereby, via EXECUTIVE ORDERS, total dictatorial control over America can be exerted INSTANTANEOUSLY.  SOME ARE MANDATORY!

John Kennedy, less than two days before his death, signed into law, under the pressure of the "Cuban Missile Crisis" a series of emergency measures which we will again share with you. These measures stand today as EXECUTIVE ORDERS, WAITING TO BE INVOKED BY WHICHEVER PRESIDENT DECIDES (OR WHOSE ADVISORS DECIDE) YOU ARE IN PERILOUS TIMES. These documents give the President, through a bureaucracy of UNELECTED OFFICIALS and OFFICIALS IN THE OFFICE OF EMERGENCY PLANNING--UNLIMITED POWERS!  If they hurt you, too bad, dear friends, YOU CANNOT VOTE THEM OUT OF POWER!!!  YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE.  YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SUBMIT TO THEIR JUDGMENT AND ACTIONS.

The government's total control over your life becomes effective, according to the language of the EXECUTIVE ORDERS, "in times of increased international tension, or economic or financial crisis."  I WOULD SUGGEST THAT ALL THIS EXISTS!

Now, under your wondrous Mr. ("I have done nothing wrong") Richard Nixon, these orders WERE COMBINED INTO THE SINGLE EXECUTIVE ORDER # 11490 (REMEMBER?), WHICH WAS HONED UP A BIT BY A FEW MINOR AMENDMENTS AND SIGNED BY ONE "JIMMY CARTER" ON JULY 20, 1979.  ALL IT TAKES TO PUSH THE BUTTON ON THIS BONE-CRUSHING MACHINERY IS FOR THE PRESIDENT TO DECLARE AN "ECONOMIC OR POLITICAL CRISES".  And here you sit, concerned about dictatorship in Russia, this day??  Oh, sleepy-nodders: the fourth horseman is knocking on your door!

WHAT ARE THOSE EXECUTIVE ORDERS?

1. EO. 10995 takes over all communications media.

2. EO. 10997 takes over all gas, fuel and minerals.

3. EO. 10998 takes over all food resources and farms.

4. EO. 10999 takes over all means of transportation, controls highways and seaports.

5. EO. 11000 drafts all citizens into work forces under the government supervision.

6. EO. 11001 takes over all health, welfare and educational functions.

7. EO. 11002 empowers the Postmaster General to register all citizens nationwide.

8. EO. 11003 takes over all airports and aircraft.

9. EO. 11004 takes over housing and finance authorities designated as "unsafe", establishes new locations for populations (remember those detention camps?), relocates communities, builds new housing with public funds.

10. EO. 11005 takes over all railroads, inland waterways, and public storage facilities.

11. EO. 11051 designates responsibilities of the Office of Emergency Planning, giving authorization to put the above order into effect in times of increased international tension or economic or financial crisis.  And then of course, number

12. EO. 11490 immediately activates all the above--instantly!

YOU ARE TO THE EDGE OF THE CLIFF, AMERICA-AND YOU ARE SIMPLY JUMPING TO YOUR DOOM--WITHOUT EVEN BEING PUSHED!  HOW CAN YOU ALLOW THESE UPON YOUR CHILDREN?  YOU WHO PLEAD "SUPPORT THE TROOPS RIGHT OR WRONG" AND "WHERE IS YOUR PATRIOTISM?" AND OTHER GARBAGE--WHERE IS YOU HONOR?  WHERE IS YOUR LEGACY OF TRUTH AND FREEDOM UNTO YOUR DESCENDANTS?  GOD HAVE MERCY UPON YOU IN YOUR IGNORANCE!
