PATIRCK AND ANNE BELLRINGER’S HOMEMADE BREAD RECIPE 1.5 lb. loaf [for Bread-maker]

Mix in Separate bowl:
1 cup white bread flour
½ cup spelt flour (we grind the spelt)
½ cup flax flour (we grind the flax)
1 ½ cups wheat flour (we grind the wheat)
3 Tbls. sugar
2 Tbls. powdered milk
2 ¾ tsp. fast rising yeast (We use 2 ½ tsp. yeast plus1/4 tsp. not quite full)
Fold ingredients well. Set aside.
Mix in electric beater bowl
1 cup water
2 eggs
4 Tbls. honey
2 Tbls. oil
Mix well with electric beater, add dry ingredients, mix well. Add white bread flour to make the batter thick enough to scape from bowl on a floured board. Add a bit of flour and knead the bread so that you can pick it up and place it in the bread machine.
Setting: 1.5 lb. loaf
Crust: Light
(Bread maker set at 2 hours, 53 minutes.)
When loaf is done, remove mixing wing from bread loaf, and brush loaf with butter.
Then…..Enjoy a slice of bread with butter. 😊
