Feds Order NO FOOD STAMPS for November!
Turner Radio Network
United States Department of Agriculture issued a notice to all States
on October 11, instructing them to withhold FOOD STAMP benefits from
the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) until further
notice.
The official memo, attached to this ALERT, instructs states that
funding for the SNAP program has lapsed and instead of each State
transmitting electronic benefits information to Vendors which would
recharge the ATM-type benefits cards used by Food Stamp recipients,
the States are to "withhold" such transmissions to those Vendors
"until further notice."
This means that Americans who use Food Stamps to feed their families
will not have any money on their electronic food stamp cards "until
further notice."
