Are you Iodine Deficient?
Dr. Ron
Blessings,
I pray this email finds you in good health.
Did you know that 1 in 3 humans are iodine deficient?
According to WHO, in 2007, nearly 2 billion individuals
had insufficient iodine intake, a third being of school age.
Iodine deficiency can have serious consequences, causing
abnormal neuronal development, mental retardation,
congenital abnormalities, spontaneous abortion and
miscarriage, congenital hypothyroidism, and infertility.
Later in life, intellectual impairment reduces employment
prospects and productivity. Thus iodine deficiency, as the
single greatest preventable cause of mental retardation, is an
important public-health problem.
And it isn't like you need lots of iodine or that it is hard to
come by. We just put together a 24-minute video presentation
on the subject that can be found at this link: (free on youtube)

At the end of the presentation we talk about a super simple
way to test and see if you are actually iodine deficient.
Yours in health,
Dr Ron
