The UN World Food Program says the food runs out in June - they will be hungry (or worse)

In 1997, the most recent famine in North Korea, 1,000,000 died. The UN World Food Program predicts that this year it will be worse unless food gets delivered to North Korea. The winter cold and the flooding have caused this unthinkable crisis...but it could be avoided. It is not too late but it is late. The food shortage begins in 2 weeks and it takes about 2 months to move food into the country I am told. Do the math.
