If we do nothing
HON. EUGENE DELGAUDIO
Have you heard what's going on in Philadelphia?
The city has decided that Christian Values have no place in their foster care system.
And they've made one thing clear.
If you're going to work with the city, you must conform to the Homosexual Lobby's radical Agenda.
This forced Christian charities like Philadelphia's Catholic Social Services (CSS) to face an ultimatum -- put children in the care of Homosexuals or suffer retribution.
In the case of CSS, they decided to follow their faith rather than the unconstitutional edict of a corrupt bureaucracy.
And as a result, CSS -– which has been in place for over a century -- had their foster care referrals by the city SUSPENDED.
Putting CSS's entire operation in jeopardy.
All for staying true to God's word and refusing to allow children to fall into the hands of sodomites and be forced to accept their perverse lifestyles.
It's tragic to see the city that was the cradle of the Constitution turn its back on Religious Liberty.
But Christians aren't taking this assault on their fundamental rights lying down.
The case, Fulton v. The City of Philadelphia, will soon go before the U.S. Supreme Court.
This case was filed by two foster mothers, Sharonell Fulton and Toni Simms-Busch, who were willing to stand up against this blatant assault on Religious Liberty.
But, my friend, they're going to need our help.
As you are reading this, lawyers at your Public Advocate are working around the clock to build a hard-hitting Amicus Brief.
But that takes time, and we need to show the world, the Supreme Court and the City of Philadelphia that we support Catholic Social Services' Constitutional right to Religious Liberty right away.
That's why I've created your petition to the Supreme Court, to show our Justices that pro-Family Americans still stand by the Constitution.
Patrick, when the Homosexual Lobby realized Catholic Social Services wouldn't put children in the care of perverts, they started a crusade to end CSS.
Newspapers dragged CSS through the mud for disobeying the homosexual agenda, and like always, the bureaucrats in the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania fell in line.
There are hundreds of children that desperately need homes since the City of Philadelphia refuses to work with CSS to find them homes with loving foster parents.
Patrick, let me be blunt.
A Supreme Court ruling in our favor will be critical to protecting Religious Liberty.
That's why Public Advocate must act NOW.
Your Public Advocate has decades of experience, and a proven track record of securing Supreme Court victories.
From defending Jack Phillips' right to Religious Liberty in the Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission case in 2018...
To protecting the 95-year-old Veterans Memorial Peace Cross in Bladensburg, Maryland from being torn down by radical atheists in the American Legion v. American Humanist Association case just last year.
Not to mention, our current Supreme Court case to stop the judicial version of the Homosexual Lobby's crown-jewel agenda, the Gay Bill of Special Rights (H.R. 5 & S. 788).
A case in which your Public Advocate filed not one, but two Amicus Briefs, and is the only pro-Family group that can say they have been involved since the beginning.
So as you can see, your Public Advocate has the tools necessary to take on the Homosexual Lobby, no matter where the stage is set.
But none of this is possible without pro-Family Americans like you.
Without your petitions and donations, we would not have been able to run these critical petition campaigns.
Let alone pay first-class lawyers to craft hard-hitting Amicus Briefs.
Please take a moment to sign your petition today and help me defend Religious Liberty once again by defeating the Homosexual Lobby at the Supreme Court.
And after you're done, I hope you'll help us fight to protect Religious Liberty by chipping in $10 or $25 today.
With your financial support, I will not only be able to pay my lawyers to create and introduce our proven Amicus Brief in this historic case...
But I'll also, put our powerful grassroots machine into overdrive, collecting thousands of petitions to double-down the pressure on these Justices.
I hope I can count on your support, Patrick. God bless you, and God bless America.
For the Family,
HON. EUGENE DELGAUDIO
President, Public Advocate of the U.S.
P.S. The U.S. Supreme Court is hearing a case that will decide whether the faith-based adoption agency -- Catholic Social Services (CSS) -- can stay true to their faith and protect children from predatory homosexuals.
That's why Public Advocate needs to go on the offensive and protect CSS by using our proven grassroots tactics combined with a hard-hitting Amicus Brief to put the pressure on the Supreme Court.
To that end, we've just launched the "Protect Religious Liberty petition", which we'll use to show the world, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the City of Philadelphia that America still believes in Religious Liberty.
Please click here to sign your petition before it’s too late!
And once you’ve signed your petition, I hope I can count on you to help fund our hard-hitting Amicus Brief and our proven grassroots program by chipping in $10 or $25 today.
