The United States Congress holds no authority to legislate over, regulate in any manner, control in any manner, the american people, proof of which can be established by a simple review of the US Constitution Article 1 section 8 legislative powers. Anyone of common intelligence, the ability to read English, the ability to use a dictionary, is capable of understanding these statements and recognizing their truth.
The Federal Constitution is a limited Grant of powers over specific subject matters and objects that fall under the control of the federal United States. Note that with all contracts, trusts, and charters, the specific language used within Them, places limits on the authorities or powers that the named parties are bound by.
NOWHERE IN THE LEGISLATIVE POWERS GRANTED BY THE STATES TO THE UNITED STATES, ARE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE IDENTIFIED AS EITHER SUBJECTS NOR OBJECTS RECOGNIZABLE BY THE U.S. CONGRESS.
When Congress issues a statute, and that statute fails to identify who and how it applies to the People, is it valid? NO!
Thus, when any federal actor attempts to regulate any one of the People of the Union States, the enticement to slavery is exposed by the deception of hiding relevant material facts.
