As far as 4th Amendment protections and dealing with police – all that  people need to do is what we did in Dacono, Colorado:

1.  Visit the City Council and expose the wrongful acts of their ‘police’ who I explained are nothing more than corporate employees wearing guns.

2.  Demand a return to the constitutions.  Jim served two terms as a City Councilman and I visited often to educate others.

Jim and another old vet made sure the ‘Home Rule Charter” brought to the Council by the private, political club of lawyers for their rubber stamp included the statement:  (a) The City shall have all the power of local self-government and home rule and all power possible for the City under the State Constitution. All such powers shall be exercised in a manner consistent with the United States Constitution, the State Constitution, and this Charter.

When Jim demanded this statement be included – the city’s lawyer said, “Well – that is assumed.”

Jim’s answer was – “Madam – we do not assume anything.  This statement will be the foundation for the home rule charter.”

You see – while doing our research we realized that by our townships being perverted into corporations – the corporations liar lawyers/judges can deprive us of our natural rights because in a corps-r-ation – you only have ‘privileges’ which are ‘granted’ – not rights!!!

Recently after I was stopped and ticketed by one of their new, young policemen for not wearing my seat belt – and  realizing there was a whole new City Council, each of them got a letter explaining about our rights, the Charter and the real law.

After all - it is up to we the people to maintain and enforce our rights and the real law!!!

I’m sure you’ve heard the statement “Ignorance of the law is no excuse”.  Attached are facts and law important for all of us to know.         

Let me introduce myself since I have not attended a City Council meeting for several years.  At that time another American Law Club member who lives in Dacono and I made many visits to point out how the people’s rights and laws were being violated in order for the city/attorneys and others to make money.  We had studied our American founding documents and laws for many years.  What is devastating America is we’ve allowed the intentions of our founding fathers and mothers and our constitutions to be continually subverted and violated.  I’ve made several mini-presentations at county GOP meetings to educate people about these ‘misconstructions of government’ for which our forefathers told us to be eternally vigilant.  While researching our historical documents, our American Law Club discovered the many times since the beginning of this country that our founding documents and separation of powers were violated/misconstructed in order to destruct America from within.

Recognizing how our natural rights and the real law – our constitutions – are being decimated by ‘statutes’, ‘codes’ and ‘ordinances’ written by a private, political club which originated in England  my husband Jim (deceased in 2012) served two terms on Dacono City Council in an attempt to help restore our liberties.  It was during that time this private club brought a pre-written ‘home rule charter’ to our City Council for its ‘stamp of approval’.  Recognizing their ‘charter’ as originally presented could be used as yet another way to destroy our original laws and constitutions, Jim served on the charter committee.  He and another old Army veteran made sure that the Dacono Home Rule Charter would state that *this town will be administered in accordance with our constitutions, state and national.  It now reads:

*Section 1-4. Powers of the City.   (a) The City shall have all the power of local self-government and home rule and all power possible for the City under the State Constitution. All such powers shall be exercised in a manner consistent with the United States Constitution, the State Constitution, and this Charter.  (Emphasis mine)

We weren’t surprised when a member of this private, political club – the city attorney – said, “Mr. Meisinger, that is assumed.”  Jim replied – “Madam, we do not ‘assume’ anything.  This town will be officiated in accordance to America’s founding laws.”  Sadly – it is no longer a township – having been perverted into a ‘corporation’ in 1908 – no doubt by the ‘legal advice’ of a private, club member.  All property within the states were originally denoted by county, range and township within which our natural rights were upheld. 

The immediate reason I am contacting you is that one of your young corporate employees wearing a gun violated my liberty and issued a ‘ticket’ for $85.00 as I parked in the P.O. parking lot – stating I was not wearing my seat belt.  Mind you – I only live 3 blocks from the P.O.  This is nothing but violation of my right to liberty followed by extortion done through trickery and deceit – which is why our forefathers would not let this private, political club in our courts of justice for decades.  (See research by news commentator Paul Harvey)  Obviously, this young man, like most Americans do not have a clue about our natural rights or the real law.

Many Americans are becoming aware that – for decades -  public schools are being ‘used’ to misinform our students.  They’re certainly not taught about their natural rights and our founding laws. 

First of all – our forefathers fought the American Revolution for many reasons – not just the ‘tax on tea’ as students are taught.  In their Declaration of Rights which they served on King George two years before the Declaration of Independence, our forefather’s main complaint was that ‘the king’ was attempting to ‘rule by statutes’ –  using statutes to deprive the people of their natural rights and the colonies from issuing their own money.  We are right back where we started because of ‘statutes’, ‘codes’, ‘ordinances’ and other ‘policies’ we’ve allowed a private, political club to write and  impose on we the people.

In addition, for many decades, the mass media, being controlled by a handful of corporations, has been withholding the most important information for we the people to know.  As a result, numerous ‘legal’ frauds are easily perpetrated upon the ignorant people.  For instance, in doing our research, our American Law Club discovered in order to ‘regulate’ we the people – the private, political club arranged for “THE STATE’ to abscond the original bill of sale for our autos - the “certificate of origin” - directly from the auto dealers.  So that now – THE STATE – fraudulently obtained ownership’ and ‘can regulate’ and ‘fine’ us.  Several years ago, when I first learned of this outright fraud and grand theft we had just made our last payment on our car – so I called the auto dealer from whom we’d purchased the car and asked for the ‘certificate of origin’.  At first the lady hemmed and hawed, but finally confessed that THE STATE no longer gets the certificate of ownership - the federal government does!!!  That concerned her also.

This is how the private club created a way to first deceitfully extort our property, then our rights, then fine us for our rights of free travel.  See Supreme Court Cases in Public Notice of Government/Court Fraud attached.

 On top of that – on the ‘ticket’ your armed employee demanded I give him private information neither he or nor the city needs because your ‘ticket’ which this private club has created ‘requires it’ – further violations of 4th Amendment rights to privacy. 

I am paying this additional extortion under threat, duress and coercion and by cashing my check #1116 you and your employees admit participation in the ongoing fraud.  I believe and uphold the immutable laws of Nature’s God upon which America is founded – and I know that theft of rights and then property is a crime.  It is important for me to uphold our natural rights and the whole truth.  I suggest you do your own research.  I never give ‘legal advice’ because as Ben Franklin stated:  “Legal is often unlawful.”  It is your responsibility to educate your employees since you can be held liable for violation of rights, law and whole truth.  The attached facts and law prove how our freedoms have been violated and natural rights and laws have been perverted.
