ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST

(Public officials, gun confiscators notice.)

 

The below piece is presented to the people of Connecticut, and to any American who chooses to stand under the law, for the protection of the peace and dignity of the law of the one people.

Our law says the right to bear arms in defense of ourselves, our property, and our families, is inviolate!!

The current minions of Corporate greed, private money, private law, corruption refuse to recognize the law which they claim to serve.

In order to set the stage with absolute clarity and crisp language the piece below is presented.

Serve this on as many public officials as possible and register proof of service on some form of website.

You then set the stage for a complete lack of defense by any wrongdoer trespassing upon your right to bear arms of any sort.

THE NUREMBERG DEFENSE, I HAD ORDERS, IS NO MORE VALID TODAY THAN IT WAS IN 1945.

Just think what could happen if 50,00 or 100,000 Connecticut men and women began to serve their government agents.  And more to the point put their proof of service on a public access website. Which cop or minion would have a defense then?

The systemites believe that rhetoric is stronger than the law.  Let's call their bluff and serve them all.

This sure beats the hell out of shooting doesn't it?

What do we have to lose by following the law across the board?

Please remember in order for corruption to succeed all that it takes is good men to do nothing!

(Issued by the source and authority of the law and a juror within the court of public opinion, Undersigned.)

 

BEFORE THE WORLD, TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME.

 

YOU WILL:take full and adequate notice of my standing as grantor of and to all the sources and authority of law  constructing the state of Connecticut, Beginning 1776, inclusive of any derivative or service agency thereto.

 

YOU WILL: Take full and adequate notice of the Connecticut Constitution article protecting my right to bear arms.

 

YOU WILL: TAKE FULL AND ADEQUATE NOTICE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SECOND AMENDMENT PROTECTING MY RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS.(As federal personnel you are required and paid to recognize the Second Amendment.)

 

Due process requiring notice and opportunity to respond is the principle governing this ORDER.

 

Notice being given now Establishes the fact and the law under which your actions are governed, inclusive of your omissions in failing to recognize your paid and promised, under oath duty, under and to the law.

 

Being that In Connecticut the One People's  grant of authority Beginning 1776 to create the government is the highest source of law and you will or will not serve the law of the people at your own peril.

 

YOUR PERIL IS NOW OF PUBLIC RECORD. IN THE EVENT YOU IGNORE THIS CEASE AND DESIST ORDER

 

YOU WILL BRAND YOUR SELF A  TRAITOR ,TREASONOUS TO THE PEOPLE. YOUR ACTS AND OR OMISSIONS ARE THE OPEN PUBLIC RECORD OF YOUR ADMISSION AND CONFESSION EXPOSING WEATHER YOUR DUTIES TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE FROM GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION, BREACH OF THE PEACE, AND TRESPASS IS IN

FACT YOUR INTENT.

 

I stand under the laws of the Constitution and now give you formal notice to:

 

YOU WILL:CEASE AND DESIST ALL OF YOUR ACTS IN VIOLATION OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE FEDERAL CONSTITUTION AND ARTICLE FIRST, SECTION 15 OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT CONSTITUTION.

 

In the event that you breach my peace and dignity and that of my home or any of my private

property attempting to enforce illegal void acts by related state actors you will be acting inland piracy and brand your self a pirate operating on the land.

 

Govern yourself accordingly because the LAW will judge you and your acts and omissions.
