Subject: My wife and I were actual victims of VOTE FRAUD.

CALIFORNIA - I live in L.A. County in CA. I switched from Independent to Republican to vote for Dr. Ron Paul, but in spite of having my official L.A. County Registrar/Recorder's Office Sample Ballot stamped "REP 015" on it, the lady running my same as last year's polling place kept telling me I had to vote Independent as that is what was recorded still in the voter register they said I had to sign and they handed me an independent ballot on the sly.

I had anticipated this very thing happening since I could NOT get through on the phone to the same L.A. County Registrar/Recorder's Office earlier today, in spite of having waited on hold for 30 minutes! and so I had brought with me the new, 2nd "REP 015" sample ballot the L.A. County Registrar/Recorder's Office had sent me that I just received in the mail yesterday, 2/4/08, to replace the old one I had received last month that had said "AL, GRN, LIB & PF 015" on it.

I refused to vote as told by the woman running the polling place who adamantly insisted the L.A. County Registrar/Recorder's Office had instructed them to tell people like me that I would have to vote according to what was in their voting register next to my name, which was incorrectly showing me as an Independent voter still.

Since the CA Republican Primary is a CLOSED one, Independent voters like myself are NOT allowed to vote REPUBLICAN, even though the Democrat Primary was OPEN and Independents could vote in theirs no problem. Gee, how convenient for the Republicans since Dr. Paul is running on the REP. ticket!

I said "I'm NOT leaving until I get to vote REPUBLICAN" and kept showing them my "REP 015" sample voter's ballot issued by the same L.A. County Registrar/Recorder's Office.

After refusing to leave and giving them their Independent ballot back, they told me they had a direct line to the Registrar/Recorder's office and I insisted they call anyway, which they did, reluctantly, and after cross-referencing my new "REP 015" sample ballot over the phone with their records in Norwalk, CA, the co-worker told me after 5 minutes of deliberation over the phone, which seemed like an eternity to my wife and I, the guy on the phone working the polling place finally said, "they said give him a REPUBLICAN BALLOT and let him vote Republican."

Problem was the guy told me that this same thing had been happening at the same polling place earlier (we voted in the late afternoon) and my written record in their voting log. Independent, that I had to sign obviously did NOT agree with my VOTING record as Republican, so I'm NOT sure if my vote will count anyway.

Further, they made my wife vote "provisionally" because we had moved last year and her name was NOT in their book, even though she had been registered REPUBLICAN for years.

We all know what happened to those "provisional ballots" for the Ron Paul voters in Louisiana!

I reported this to the CA campaign headquarters for Dr. Ron Paul and now to you so you will know that this has been happening ALL OVER CA, esp. to Independent voters who switched to vote for Dr. Paul, not to mention those who CAN'T vote for him because the REP. primary is a closed primary.

I am protesting the outcome in CA and nationwide and demand redress of grievance via petition signed by all Americans like me who know we have been DEFRAUDED of our right to vote and had our vote STOLEN from us again!

Every ballot needs to be verified by the # I have on mine with PROOF that it was recorded as how we voted or the election should be done all over.

How hard would it be to get someone to issue a real receipt that shows who you voted for that matches what was recorded?

That way the actual # of votes counted will match exactly the actual # of votes cast! Otherwise it's DEADBOLT/DEADBEAT e-vote and OPTI-SCAM ripping us off any way they want to defraud us now and later!

Please do not acquiesce to the MSM NWO propaganda that everything's o.k. That's a LIE!

We the People need to stop acting like stupid wee l'il sheeple allowing BIG BRO FED (federal reserve) and FED (federal govt.) push us around and steal our elections and unconstitutionally destroy our freedoms!

UNalienable rights to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS are God-given and cannot be abrogated or expunged by law or man!
