Bill unloads on Obama: 'World coming apart'
WND
Clinton took a veiled jab at Obama’s handling of world affairs, saying, “Unlike when I was president, a lot of things are coming apart around the world now. We like to just think about our economic issues, but you have to worry about a collapse in Europe dragging back the American economy. You have to worry about the largest number of refugees since World War II. And all this stuff comes home.”
As WND reported, the Clinton family has been unleashing a barrage of attacks on Obama in recent weeks. On March 21, Bill Clinton publicly lamented the “awful legacy” of the past eight years.
Clinton told listeners at Spokane Falls Community College that if they believed the U.S. had “finally come to the point where we could put the awful legacy of the last eight years behind us and the seven years before that where we were practicing trickle-down economics and no regulation in Washington, then you should vote for [Hillary].”
Then WND reported when Chelsea Clinton took a cue from her father and bashed Obama’s record to benefit her mother in March. Chelsea attacked the president’s key accomplishment – Obamacare.
She blasted the “crushing costs” of Obama’s health-care legislation: “This was part of my mom’s original plan back in ’93 and ’94, as well as premium costs. We can either do that directly or through tax credits. And, kind of figuring out whether she could do that through executive action, or she would need to do that through tax credits working with Congress. She thinks either of those will help solve the challenge of kind of the crushing costs that still exist for too many people, who even are part of the Affordable Care Act and buying insurance.”

In yet another twist in campaign-trail attacks, Bill Clinton also delivered a rhetorical backhand to Black Lives Matter race activists on Thursday after being repeatedly interrupted.
“You are defending the people who killed the lives you say matter. Tell the truth,” Clinton shouted.
Race activists have continued to be a thorn in presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton’s side for months.
Hillary made national news in February when a supporter for Black Lives Matter ambushed her at a campaign fundraiser in South Carolina and demanded an apology for the incarceration rate of black Americans.
“We want you to apologize for mass incarceration,” activist Williams said Feb. 25, WND reported. “I’m not a ‘super-predator,’ Hillary Clinton!”
“OK, fine. We’ll talk about it,” Clinton said.
“Will you apologize to black people for mass incarceration?’ asked Williams.
“Well, can I talk? Then maybe you can listen to what I say,” Clinton said before Williams was escorted out of the building.
Black Lives Matter disrupted Clinton’s speeches in Atlanta, Georgia, last October. It also unsuccessfully tried to crash an event on Aug. 11, 2015, in Keene, New Hampshire. The former secretary of state decided to speak privately with the group as a show of good faith, only to have video of the meeting leak days later.
Clinton’s comments on Thursday are likely to further antagonize black voters who are angry at his recent attacks on President Obama’s tenure in the White House.
His March criticism of Obama baffled liberal pundits and their readers.
“Why would such a skilled politician as Clinton so clumsily throw the current Democratic president under the bus? Is this an indication of a potential split from Obama from the former secretary of state as well?” Salon asked Tuesday.
The New York Times noted that Clinton’s earlier remarks were so odd that even his wife’s rival for the 2016 presidential nomination was using them to launch political attacks.
“Don’t know that I’d call President Obama’s 72 straight months of job growth an ‘awful legacy,’” Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders tweeted Monday.
Clinton spokesman Angel Urena issued a statement to USA Today the following day framing the remark as an attack on Republicans.
